"Attendance is in one register. Marks in another. Fees in Excel."
Three sources of truth, and they never agree. The clerk reconciles them by hand every term.
An AI operating system built for Indian schools and colleges. Attendance, fees, faculty, reports, question papers — one login, one source of truth.
These are the things every institution leader we've spoken to said — in those exact words.
Three sources of truth, and they never agree. The clerk reconciles them by hand every term.
You don't have time to draft individual progress reports. Generic ones make parents unhappy. Personal ones eat your weekends.
Class register, attendance sheet, marks book, fee remarks — same names, four times. Nobody has time to teach.
Each tool is fine on its own. Together they cost ₹40,000/year and still produce reports in 5 different formats.
For two decades, software for Indian institutions meant clunky ERPs sold by a salesman in a Maruti van. AI was a research project — expensive, slow, and locked inside Silicon Valley.
That changed in 2024. The cost of running a GPT-class model collapsed by an order of magnitude. What used to cost ₹50 a query now costs paise. Suddenly, an AI that drafts 600 personal progress reports overnight is not just possible — it's affordable for a school in Madurai.
AspireEdu is the first AI operating system built specifically for Indian institutions. Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. ₹-pricing. WhatsApp-first communication. Indian fee cycles. Indian exam patterns. Not a translated American product.
Each one replaces a tool — or three — you're paying for today.
Mark a class in 90 seconds. Auto-flags students below 75%.
Personal progress reports for every student in minutes, not weekends.
One dashboard for every fee, every reminder, every receipt.
Onboard a teacher in one upload. They get their login by email.
Bloom's-taxonomy-balanced question papers, PDF-ready, from a syllabus snippet.
A chatbot that knows your school. Ask anything — fee defaulters, attendance trends, exam schedule.
A degree college doesn't take attendance like a primary school. AspireEdu doesn't force it to.
Multi-tenant isolation at the database level. No school can ever see another school's data. Architecturally enforced, not just policy.
Indian institution workflows. Indian fee structures. Indian language support (planned). Indian support hours. No 9am-PST email queues.
Our assistant doesn't just answer generic questions — it knows your students, your attendance, your fee structure, your defaulters.
Registration is open from June 5 to July 5. Once we've walked you through the platform and set up your school, your 14-day free trial begins — full Standard access, no credit card needed.

Beta schools help us build the product. As a thank-you, founding schools get the Standard plan at the Starter price — exclusively for the first 6 months after the real launch — locked in, no strings attached.
A 30-minute walkthrough with a real person — not a sales bot. We'll use your school's actual workflow. Beta is free for 14 days.
Every tenant — every school — has its own logical database with a unique tenant ID enforced at the schema level. Queries that don't carry your tenant ID return zero rows. It's not a permission setting that an admin can flip; it's how the database is wired. One school cannot, by design, see another's data.
Yes. If your current system can export Excel or CSV — and almost all of them can — we'll import your students, fee records, and faculty in a single batch. Our aim is to have you up and running within a week of onboarding.
We run two onboarding sessions — one for the office (students, fees, reports) and one for teachers (attendance, AI question papers). Both are recorded so new hires can be brought up to speed without us flying down again.
Nothing to install. AspireEdu runs in any web browser — on a phone, tablet, or the office computer — so teachers can mark attendance from the classroom and the principal can check the dashboard from anywhere. It does need an internet connection; a basic broadband or mobile data link is enough.
Standard is free during your 14-day beta trial — no setup fee, no card. After that, Standard is ₹1,999/month and Starter is ₹999/month. Beta (founding) schools get Standard at the Starter price for their first 6 months after launch. Request a demo and we'll confirm the right fit for your size.
Your data stays scoped to your school's tenant, and we only send the minimum needed to generate a report or insight — never the whole database. We don't sell or share your data or use it for advertising. And every data change your staff makes is recorded in an activity log your principal can review.
14-day free beta trial. Full access. No credit card. We'll get you live in a week.
