Questions usually asked.
How is my school's data kept separate from other schools?
Every tenant — every school — has its own logical database with a unique tenant ID enforced at the schema level. Queries that don't carry your tenant ID return zero rows. It's not a permission setting that an admin can flip; it's how the database is wired. One school cannot, by design, see another's data.
Can we migrate from our existing software?
Yes. If your current system can export Excel or CSV — and almost all of them can — we'll import your students, fee records, and faculty in a single batch. Our aim is to have you up and running within a week of onboarding.
Do you train our staff?
We run two onboarding sessions — one for the office (students, fees, reports) and one for teachers (attendance, AI question papers). Both are recorded so new hires can be brought up to speed without us flying down again.
Do we need to install anything? What about devices?
Nothing to install. AspireEdu runs in any web browser — on a phone, tablet, or the office computer — so teachers can mark attendance from the classroom and the principal can check the dashboard from anywhere. It does need an internet connection; a basic broadband or mobile data link is enough.
How does pricing work?
Standard is free during your 14-day beta trial — no setup fee, no card. After that, Standard is ₹1,999/month and Starter is ₹999/month. Beta (founding) schools get Standard at the Starter price for their first 6 months after launch. Request a demo and we'll confirm the right fit for your size.
Is the AI safe for student data?
Your data stays scoped to your school's tenant, and we only send the minimum needed to generate a report or insight — never the whole database. We don't sell or share your data or use it for advertising. And every data change your staff makes is recorded in an activity log your principal can review.
